Meet Tobias &#194&#151 Your Playful New Pal! Hi there! I'm Tobias, a lively 12-week-old Domestic Shorthair kitten (as of 06/16/2025) ready to find my forever family. I was surrendered on 05/31/2025 because my owner was moving and couldn't take me along. Since I'm still a little guy, meet and greets are by approved application only to help me find the perfect home to grow and play in. My adoption fee is $75. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, first FVRCP booster, and dewormer &#194&#151 everything I need to start our adventure together healthy and happy! RAC staff will be in touch with approved applicants to schedule meet and greets.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
