My story

Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.This little guy is REY, he is 3 years old and already reached his adult weight of 10 pounds.  As you can see REY is a pure breed Yorkie, he is delightfully sweet and very loyal and independent.  Although he likes to cuddle wth you and sleep with you, he will put himself in his crate and he will sleep in there throughout the night without making a sound.  He is crate trained, potty trained and can be trusted to be left home alone if you have any errands to run.  Car ride sare a big thing for him, as long as he is with you he likes to go. REY is very special to me as he has a good heart and he is so well behaved.  He just wants to play with his friend (who just go adopted) and go outside to run zoomies in the backyard then back into the cool air to rest up a little bit. The pictures may be a little confusing because of the lighting at the time.  REY is a pretty dark gold instead of light tan. I do NOT have any cats and REY has never been around them so I do not know how he would function living with one.  He is an excellent playmate and I highly recommend that there is another dog in the home of any interested adopter.  REY just does so much better with a pet playmate than being alone.  He has already tried living alone with a previous owner and it did not work out too well. If you are interested in adopting REY, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.
