We're talking about the puppy comedian, the purveyor of paw-some shenanigans, the furry master of distraction!' BAGEL!  He's a bit of a cuddle monster, a ball of energy, and generally, a walking, talking, wagging tail of pure joy. Now, don't let his goofy grin and floppy ears fool you. He's also a master of the 'look-at-me-I-have-a-favourite-toy' game, and a pro at the 'I-don't-know-where-I-went-and-why-I-am-now-here' walk. If you're looking for a companion who can balance your daily routine with a healthy dose of laughter and playful chaos, look no further! BAGEL may be a bit of a nutball, but he's a lovable nutball, and he's ready for his forever home. Don't be shy. Come and meet him! You might end up taking home more than just a puppy; you will be getting a lifetime of unforgettable memories and unconditional love. PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR OUR PUPPIES We are not exactly sure of breed as no DNA tests were done. We're told by prior owners that they are a mixture of shephered, lab, pitbull, and heinz 57.  We can NOT predict the size of these dogs.  Safe to say – probably medium to large.  Please don’t apply if size is a factor in your decision.  Our goal is to never have to re-home our dogs—especially because they didn’t grow to expectations. Typically, a puppy can control their bladder one hour for every month of age. So if your puppy is 3 months old, it will need a potty break about every three hours (more often initially). Don't go longer than this between bathroom breaks or they're likely to have an accident. IF you work away from home—you will need a patient care giver for your new addition in your absence. THESE PUPS absolutely need training, exercise, and a lifetime commitment. These sweet pups can give the right owner many wonderful years of companionship and love. Can you commit to a lifetime with your best friend?  It is the responsibility of puppy adopters to complete the puppy shots and continue maintenance protocols.  These pups have had their first puppy vaccine and are dewormed (you may have to continue follow up on deworming).  Puppies will need at least two more boosters and a rabies vaccine in the coming weeks with boosters again yearly.  Your vet may recommend other vaccines in the future; such as lyme, influenza etc.   You MUST sign a contract agreeing to have your puppy spayed/neutered at an age recommended by your veterinarian.  Your vet may want to wait longer to s/n larger breeds.  You must provide Haven to Home with proof of SPAY/NEUTER at an agreed upon date in the future. ASK yourself:  Can I afford to have my puppy spayed/neutered? This dog may live to be 15-20 years old. Do I really want to make this lifetime commitment? If my pet gets sick or injured can I afford the medical treatment? (In some cases this could be for the duration of my pet's life.) Am I home enough to give this pet the proper attention and training that it needs? What will I do with the dog if we go away on vacation? Can I afford the adoption fee? Can I afford the cost of monthly flea and heartworm preventative?
