My story

Meet Otis! Terrier/Hound Mix | 15 Months Old | 59 lbs | Crate & House Trained Hi there, I’m Otis — and I’ve got a little story to share. Not too long ago, I was scared, dirty, and all alone on the side of the road. Then, like a hero out of a movie, my foster mom pulled over and scooped me up. She brought me home, gave me a bath (not my favorite part), and promised me I’d never have to feel that lost or alone again. Now I’m a happy, healthy, and very active young pup. I’ve had all my vet care — shots, checkups, and yes, even that thing they call "neutering" (still not totally sure what that means, but apparently it's important). I’m crate trained, completely housebroken, and I sleep all through the night like a good boy. I love to run, play, and wrestle, so an active home or another playful pup would be amazing. Right now, I have two German Shepherd buddies — one loves me, the other is still deciding. I haven’t met any cats yet, and there aren’t little kids in my foster home, but I think I’d be fine with respectful kiddos! Oh, and I’ve been called a "klepto." No clue what that is… but I might have a little thing for stealing placemats off the table. Hey, a guy’s gotta have hobbies, right? I’m still young and learning, so I’ll need someone who can give me a little guidance, patience, and lots of love. In return, I’ll give you loyalty, laughs, and a whole lot of tail wags.
