My story

Trixie was surrendered to Talladega Animal Control when she was heavily pregnant. The day we went to spring her she had her babies!Trixie is a beautiful mama who’s raised four adorable kittens and is now ready for her next chapter—being spoiled and loved as the center of attention! She's an independent girl who’s perfectly content hanging out on her own, but when she’s in the mood to snuggle, she’ll crawl right into your arms or get as close as possible to soak in your love.After giving everything to her babies, Trixie appreciates a quiet, comfy space to recharge. She’s also an adventurer at heart—curious, agile, and always up for climbing and exploring new spots.Trixie is great with kids and has a special bond with her 7-year-old foster human. While being picked up isn’t always her favorite, she doesn’t mind and will often follow him from room to room like a loyal shadow.Trixie is ready for her forever home where she can be cherished not just as a mama, but as the incredible cat she is.Available for adoption from Kitty Kat Haven and RescueHoover, AL 35226205-302-8883
