Sandy Cheeks is ready to leave the rough tide behind and find her very own Bikini Bottom—er, forever home! At just 1 year old, this sweet and friendly girl was found as a stray, so we don’t know much about her past, but she’s more than ready to make new memories with a loving family. Whether it’s beachy walks, backyard playtime, or just cuddling on the couch, she’s sure to bring sunshine wherever she goes. As we learn more about her, we’ll be sure to update her bio. But don’t wait—this lovable land squirrel is ready to join you on a lifetime of adventures and fill your world with sandy kisses and cheeky grins! Sandy Cheeks would love to meet any potential canine siblings! Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. She is currently at our Zona Rosa location. Come meet her, fall in love and then arrange for your dogs to meet!Sandy Cheeks was able to go on a Dog Day Out recently and this is what they had to say, `Sandy Cheeks is the definition of adaptable. She walked well on the leash for over 3 miles, greeting humans and bicyclists with a wagging tail. We took her for a long car ride to visit a favorite food truck and bakery. She relaxed in the back seat with a chew toy. She loved being petted and returned affection with loving looks from her beautiful green eyes and licks on the hand. She`s a great size and will make a wonderful companion.` Staff at Zona couldn`t agree more!
