My story

DIAMOND IN THE RUFF: Mia is a sweet senior looking for a loving home to spend her golden years. After her owner could no longer care for her, she came to ARF looking for comfort. As a long haired cat, Mia needed a haircut due to some matting. She may look a little silly now, but give her some time and her gorgeous calico coat will grow back. Upon arrival, she was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. This is a manageable condition that is common in older cats. Mia is doing well on her prescription diet and kidney supplement that our medical team has prescribed. This older gal is very sweet, but may take a moment to become comfortable with new people and surroundings. All Mia wants is a loving home, and a lap to nap in. Inquire today to learn more!
