My story

How this pet arrived: Glacier was brought in by Humane Law Enforcement on May 28, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Glacier-a quiet, mysterious soul in search of a spa-like sanctuary to call his own. Life in his previous home, where he lived with numerous other cats, didn't offer much human interaction, Glacier is shy and will need a slow, patient introduction to home life. He's not a candidate for a multi-child or busy household-no kids, no dogs, no revolving door of visitors. Just a calm, predictable routine and a human who understands that trust takes time. To help Glacier settle in, an extended confinement period in a quiet room is essential. He'll need cozy hiding spots both high and low, and a gentle approach-no forced handling. Bonding with Glacier will come through food, treats, and delicate play, not cuddles or quick wins. While he's wary of people, he's shown a positive history with other cats and would benefit from having a confident feline friend to guide him. Glacier may always be a bit reserved, but that doesn't mean he won't find happiness. He may enjoy exploring a fully enclosed catio where he can soak in the sun and fresh air safely.
