My story

This lowriding beauty is Destiny! She was surrendered to the shelter on 6/3 because her family is moving and unfortunately she's not able to join them. The volunteers describe her as sweet and playful. She knows how to sit nicely when asked and she's working on lay down. Destiny also walks nicely on leash and takes treats very gently. Destiny is 3 years old and weighs 53 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, tested negative for heartworms, and has been spayed and microchipped. Please come meet Destiny in run 872; her ID # is 10377. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
