My story

Hey you! Yes, you! Are you looking for a kid friendly, dog friendly, cat friendly, housebroken, crate trained 5 month old puppy? Well, you’re in luck because we’ve got just the guy for you! Meet Oslo! The most mellow and mushy puppy ever! Oslo’s favorite things include: cuddling, napping in his crate, going for a walk, playing with his foster siblings, and watching over children. He sleeps through the night and has no separation anxiety (he truly loves his crate). This little man went from being dumped with his siblings and his mom on a dirt road to waiting for a month in the shelter before Waldo’s was able to pull him. These days, he is cozy and building confidence in his foster home. He is waiting and ready to meet you, his forever family! My foster dog is good with: Good with dogs (dog in foster home), kids (spent an overnight with foster nieces and nephews), and cats (cats in foster home)My foster dog is: Low shed, crate trained (loves his crate), and house trained3 Keywords for your pup: Sweet, mellow, easygoing Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): 3 Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: QuietWalking Manners: Such a great walker already! Loves to sniff, but doesn't pull at all. If you stop walking he will automatically sit and wait for you to resume. Appetite: He is a great eater at meal times! He likes treats, but is a bit selective. Favorite Things: His crate, cuddling, and walks Commands/Tricks: He is learning sit from his foster sister. He is VERY responsive to a "no" or a hand clap when he needs to be redirected. ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
