My story

Meet Beam! This black and white cutie is part of the "Construction Litter," along with his siblings Spackle and Rebar. Born around April 10, 2025, Beam is a domestic shorthair kitten with a confident spirit and an affectionate heart. Beam is curious, playful, independent, and loves being around his people. Whether he's chasing crinkle balls, scaling his scratching post, or zooming through the kitten tunnel, he's always busy finding new ways to have fun. One of his favorite things is wrestling with his brother Rebar-especially when he launches himself sideways like a little crab or throws his paws in the air mid-pounce! Beam is litter box trained and does well with both kids and cats. He's been around children as young as two and as old as ten and enjoys gentle attention. He's respectful of the adult cats in his foster home, and while he hasn't been around dogs yet, he's shown he knows how to be cautious and polite around new animals. Beam would thrive in a home with someone who's around often or with other furry companions to keep him company-especially if he gets to be adopted with one of his siblings. He'd do best with a family that has some cat experience and is ready to guide him through kittenhood with patience and love.
