My story

Hi there, future best friend! My name is Fluffy! I may only be a little over 3 months old, but I’ve already got a big heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. I’m a Shepherd mix (emphasis on the mix of adorable), and I’m looking for my forever home—could it be with you? Let me tell you a little about my journey. When I was just a teeny-tiny 2-week-old pup, I came to Central Arizona Animal Rescue with my amazing mom Gracie, my brother, and my sister Olive. My brother has already found his forever family (lucky guy!), and Olive and I are still waiting for our turn. But I just know my perfect person is out there! I’m a fluffy little bundle of joy—seriously, people say I’m the cutest puffball they’ve ever seen. I’ve been spayed (ouch, but I was brave!), I’ve got a microchip (so I’ll never get lost!), and I’m all caught up on my puppy shots. When I grow up, I’ll probably be around 50 pounds—just the right size for couch cuddles and backyard zoomies. I’ve spent most of my life in the kennels here, so I dream every night about having a cozy home, a soft bed, and a family to love me. I’ve met lots of kids at adoption events and I think they’re awesome—so I’d be great in a family with little humans! I haven’t met any cats yet, but I’m young and curious, so I’m sure I could learn to be their friend too. Wanna meet me? I’d love that more than belly rubs (and I really love belly rubs).
