My story

Meet Taffy! This sweet 2-year-old girl is searching for a calm, loving home where she can finally feel safe and start to blossom. The big, noisy shelter has been a little overwhelming for Taffy, but even in the midst of it all, her gentle spirit is already starting to shine through. Taffy has shown us that she’s a great walker—keeping those leash manners in check—and absolutely loves a good sniffari. Her curious nose leads the way! Treats are quickly proving to be the key to her heart, and we know with some patience (and snacks!), she’ll continue to open up and build trust. As we get to know her better, we’ll be sure to update her bio, but there’s no need to wait. Taffy is ready to trade in kennel life for cozy couches, new adventures, and a family who will love her for the wonderful dog she is.
