My story

Meet Rosa 💛 Rosa is the kind of dog who wins you over quickly—soft eyes, a happy wag, and a sweet personality that just draws you in. At just under 2 years old and about 50 pounds, she’s the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. She loves her people and truly shines once she feels comfortable. Whether she’s leaning in for attention or showing off her goofy side with a toy, Rosa knows how to make you smile. She’s also a smart girl who enjoys learning and picking up on new things, especially when it means spending time with you. Rosa enjoys playing with other dogs and has a gentle, dainty play style, but she prefers to be a bit selective about her friends. She’s currently living with other dogs at the shelter and does well with the right match. She also has some natural herding instincts, which can show up as her trying to “organize” her dog friends during play—just part of her fun, quirky personality! She would love a home where she can run, play, and be part of the action, with people who will continue to guide her and help her thrive.
