Windy (Petsmart Concord)

My story

One evening, as I was preparing food for the cats in a colony I feed, a little intruder suddenly appeared. It was a skinny black kitten, covered in scratches on his paws, body, and ears. With a mix of fear and hunger, he jumped onto my car and started eating the food I was preparing for the others. His sudden appearance startled me, but I couldn’t help giving him some food. For three or four days, the kitten stayed in the colony, but the others didn’t welcome him. I decided to catch him to help him. After a bit of effort, I succeeded. I took him to the vet, had him neutered, and realized that beneath his wounded and scared exterior was a sweet and loving soul. Windy, as I named him, turned out to be an affectionate and gentle kitten. He loves being held, petted, and receiving soft belly rubs. Now, he’s ready for a home, a place where he no longer has to worry about life on the streets. He just needs someone to love him and give him the tender care and safety he deserves. He loves to eat in the morning and at night and he has a very good appetite. He is very calm, sweet and loving with humans, but maybe because he was attacked so much, he is very cautions and defensive around other cats.
