Kit

My story

Kit is approx 1-2 years old, weighs 37 lbs and we believe she’s some sort of Shepherd mix. She came to us in early April after running loose for over a month. She had to be trapped in order to be brought to safety. Kit has come a very long way since she’s been in our care. She was very shutdown & clung to the ground in fear but now she’s a happy girl whose tail is always wagging. She is shy when meeting new people or put in new situations but as we have seen with our very own eyes she’s able to be brave and adapt. She gets along well with dogs of all ages & sizes and would love a doggy playmate. She’s cat & chicken friendly too! Kit is pretty submissive, well behaved, walks great on leash & is potty trained. She is microchipped, spayed & UTD on vaccines. We are looking for a low key, predictable home for her. Requirements are: * No kids under the age of 13 living in the home. Visiting younger children are fine * Fenced yard; 5’ or higher preferred.
