HOW THIS ANIMAL IS WITH: CATS: Cat selective so best as a single cat DOGS: Dogs are unknown but probably not a fan KIDS: Kids are unknown but likely fine with older kids and careful introductions KNOWN LIKES: Cuddles and attention, bird watching KNOWN DISLIKES: none ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Simon is the true definition of a snuggle and cuddle cat! He was quick to warm up to a new environment, jumped in bed on the first night and onto his foster mom’s lap the second day. He loves being pet behind his ears and rubbing up against anything he can for a back scratch. We don’t know if he was born without a tail or if something happened before rescued from the streets of Doha, Qatar, in really bad shape. Once rescued Simon was nursed back to health, he had a dental with all but his canines extracted, but that doesn’t stop him from enjoying his food and loving life. He enjoys chasing toys, sitting in the window bird watching, and following his current foster mom around the apartment hoping for more pets. He’s such a sweet cat who has had a really tough life until now. Will you give him his happy forever that he’s flown around the world to find? Simon tested positive for FIV which simply means he has a less effective immune system. He can live a long normal life with lots of love and quality care.
