My story

Cake is as delightful as her name suggests—a truly lovely young lady with a heart full of affection. She radiates kindness and calm. Estimated to be between 2–6 years old and weighing 57 pounds, Cake is the perfect combination of gentle spirit and loyal companion.She’s incredibly well-mannered, sweet-natured, and peaceful—an old soul wrapped in a beautiful body. Cake walks politely on a leash, takes treats with the grace of a true lady, and interacts well with other dogs. She does wonderfully in playgroups and is respectful with her canine companions. At our off-site adoption event Cake was a shining star—friendly and composed, soaking up pets from adults and children alike. She remained calm around the other shelter dogs, showing no reactivity even with passing pups or shopping carts. Whether she’s leaning in for affection or gazing at you with those gentle, soulful eyes, you’ll quickly fall in love.
