Carter is a little Cutie that was relinquished to us by a woman that doesn’t have the means to care for her dogs any longer. Carter is a little cutie about 12 lbs. He is friendly and gets along with other animals and great around people and children. Carter is shed free perfect for people who don’t like shedding or people with allergies Just needs his chance at a new and wonderful life.
