My story

Greetings, I’m Dogwood—the regal and reserved foster mom extraordinaire! Alongside my sister Gingko, I once reigned as the matriarch of our colony, guiding the crew with grace and wisdom. These days, I’m loving the good life indoors, but old habits die hard, and I’ve taken on the role of pseudo-mom to the foster babies. Nurturing is just in my roots, you know.  Gingko and I quite literally walk tail-in-tail like the classy duo we are. When it comes to humans, I’m what you might call “selectively affectionate.” Pets are welcome, but only when I decide—it keeps the mystery alive! If there’s a sudden movement, you’ll find me gracefully gliding just out of reach. Gotta keep my reputation for elegance intact, after all.  If you’re looking for a dignified diva who loves kittens, cherishes her independence, and keeps you guessing, Dogwood might just be the cat to make your heart bloom.
