How this pet arrived: Igloo was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on May 28, 2025.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Igloo! If you're the kind of person who finds joy in a slow-blooming friendship, have we got the cat for you! Igloo is a lovely feline who grew up in a bustling clowder of cats but didn't get the memo about humans being warm and fuzzy. Think of her less like a social butterfly and more like a socially anxious snowball - compact, cool, and not particularly chatty. Igloo is looking for a calm, quiet home where she can reign beside another feline friend-because solo life just isn't her vibe. In fact, she's required to go home with another cat who can help show her the ropes and maybe convince her that humans aren't entirely terrible. She is not accepting applications from dogs or energetic children, thank you very much. Her ideal household is more "monastery" than "circus." Please bring a hard-sided, top-loading carrier when picking her up. Igloo doesn't do "easy breezy" and appreciates the structural integrity of something she can bunker in. Interested adopters should also plan to give her a safe confinement space and engage in low-pressure hangouts: food, play, and chill vibes only.
