Meet Luca – Sweet, Soft, and Ready to Be Loved! Luca is a 7 month-old Anatolian Shepherd mix with a heart as big as his paws and a personality as soft as his fluffy fur. This gentle boy has been thriving in his foster home and is now ready to find his forever family! Why you'll love Luca: He’s incredibly affectionate—he melts like butter when you pet him and adores belly rubs. Potty trained and crate trained—he’s got the house manners down. Knows how to sit, and is currently learning “down” like a champ. Gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and is sweet with older kids (8+). He’s calm and tolerant, even when his tiny foster sibling steals his toys or nibbles on his ears. Loves to run, play with toys, and hasn’t chewed on anything he shouldn't. What Luca’s working on: He’s still getting used to the outside world and can be reactive on walks—he may bark and pull on the leash when he sees new things. His foster is actively working with him on this, and he’s making good progress. Luca is a smart, sensitive, and mellow companion who’s looking for a family to love him through life’s adventures and lazy days alike.
