ALL ABOUT ME  Name: Bella Age: 6 months old (approx. Born in 2025. Jan) Gender: Female Spayed/Neutered: Yes Breed: Schnauzer mix Colour: Black Weight: 8kg/17lbs Height: 40cm from feet to shoulder   MY RESCUE STORY Hi there! I’m Bella! Not long ago, I was at the Pyeongtaek city pound, facing the unthinkable — I ended up on the euthanasia list simply because they ran out of space. But just when I was losing hope, a kind rescuer stepped in and saved me. Now I’m safe, loved, and learning what it means to be part of a family. I’m still waiting for my forever home — could it be with you?   MY HEALTH Fully vaccinated (DHLPP, Corona 2025.May.25) Heartworm kit : negative I’ve been spayed and have no known health issues.   MY PERSONALITY Just like my name suggests, I’m a true beauty — inside and out. My soft, silky black coat is perfect for petting, and I absolutely love people! I’m the kind of girl who’ll happily trot up to say hello to strangers, soaking up all the attention I can get (and maybe sneaking in a few kisses too). I’m gentle and sweet with kids, and I don’t mind being picked up — in fact, I think it’s kind of cozy! Once I feel safe with you, I’ll flop right over to show you my belly as a sign of trust and love. I’m just a little cuddle bug looking for a heart to call home!   MY SOCIAL SKILLS With People: I’m a total people-pup! Whether you're a brand-new face or a lifelong friend, I’ll greet you like we’ve known each other forever — tail wags and all! I’ve got a soft spot for kiddos, too. With a little time to say hello the gentle way, I’m ready to be their new sidekick for adventures, giggles, and cuddle time. I just love being where the fun is!   With Dogs:  I love making new friends — you’ll know it by my happy tail wags and cheerful little sniffs! I’m all about good vibes and keeping the peace. If another pup isn’t quite in the mood to be buddies, that’s okay — I’ll gracefully walk away and give them their space. No drama, no fuss — just calm, polite paws!   I get along wonderfully with bigger dogs and pups my size — we usually make the perfect pack! With smaller dogs, I’m a little more careful, so slow, gentle introductions help us get off on the right paw. I’m just looking for kind-hearted playmates and good company as I learn my social manners and grow into the best buddy I can be.   With Cats:  I haven’t met any cats yet, but with a slow and thoughtful introduction, I think I could learn to live peacefully with a feline friend.   ENERGY AND ACTIVITIES I have just the right amount of energy — enough to enjoy outdoor adventures, but not so much that I’ll wear you out! I love spending time outside, taking in all the sights and smells like a little nature detective. Whether it’s a stroll through the neighborhood or sniffing around the yard, I’m happiest when I get to explore at my own peaceful pace.   TRAINING & HABITS I generally walk well on leash and follow my handler nicely — I really do try my best! But since I’m still a young pup, sudden noises or quick movements can startle me. When I get scared, my first instinct is to bolt, so I need a little extra help staying safe. A double leash with a martingale collar and harness is a must for now — just until I grow more confident. The good news? I’m learning every day and getting braver step by step!   I’m a gentle soul when it comes to mealtime — I don’t guard my food from people or other pups. I’m also a quiet girl and rarely bark, which makes me an excellent housemate. I know how to settle down in my kennel like a good girl, and I can do my business both indoors and outdoors.   Car rides still make me a bit nervous. But if you let me snuggle up close during the ride, I feel much safer. I may be a work in progress, but I’ve got a heart full of love and I’m learning to shine more every day!   MY IDEAL HOME I’m looking for a patient, loving family who can help me become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: - A family that offers a safe, structured, and calm environment. - A family that enjoys spending quality time together indoors & outdoors. - A family that can shower me with love and attention. - A family that understands my fear of sudden noises and is willing to help me build confidence with love and gentle guidance. - A family that is willing to guide me with patience and understanding as I grow into the amazing dog I’m meant to be!   SPECIAL NOTES I’m a sweet and playful pup who absolutely adores spending time with people and making new furry friends. Every day, I’m growing into a beautiful young lady, ready to share my love and joy with my forever family. I’m still a little sensitive to sudden noises and quick movements — they can startle me — so I’ll need some gentle patience and guidance as I learn to feel brave and confident. For now, to keep me safe during walks, I need to be double-leashed with a martingale collar and harness because when I get scared, my instinct is to run away. Car rides can still be a bit scary for me, but I’m learning! I always manage to hop out happily once we arrive at our destination.
