My story

Meet Talk of the Town! This 4-year-old, 18-pound Dachshund mix is living up to his name—charming everyone he meets with his endlessly wagging tail, sweet personality, and couch-snoozing skills. Whether he’s strolling through the park or curled up beside you, Talk is always ready to be your loyal little sidekick. He’s friendly with everyone—dogs, kids, men, women, you name it—and adjusts well to different environments. While he’s still figuring out his potty routine (he currently prefers pee pads over going outside, even after long walks), he’s otherwise house-trained and respectful in the home. Talk loves walks, snuggles, treats, and playtime—but most of all, he just wants to be near his people. He walks nicely on a leash, barks only occasionally, and seems comfortable with handling all around. If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing companion who’s equal parts cozy lap dog and enthusiastic walking buddy, Talk of the Town is ready to steal your heart.
