Penelope is a total sweetheart with a nonstop wiggle and a heart full of love. She’s happiest when she’s right by your side—whether it’s hanging out at home or heading out for an adventure. She adores affection, will do just about anything for a treat, and brings her joyful, go-with-you-anywhere attitude to everything she does.
