Meet Billy! Billy is a spunky little kitten with a big personality. He’s full of energy, always ready to chase toys, climb anything he can, and make you laugh with his goofy antics. Once he’s gotten all his playtime in, he loves to curl up for some cozy snuggles. Billy enjoys being held—but only when he decides it’s the right moment. He’s also not shy about letting you know when he’s hungry (he’s quite the little snacker!). With his sweet heart, playful spirit, and just the right amount of sass, Billy is ready to become someone’s forever best friend. Are you the lucky one he’s been waiting for?
