My story

LOUIS longs to be your loyal companion and adventure buddy.At 2-years-old, his youthful, kind-hearted personality will bring warmth and joy to someone very special. LOUIS will bond very closely with an experienced, wise, compassionate adopter who will give him an outlet for his intellect and drive.He received a professional evaluation while in the shelter and was found to be extremely intelligent and motivated to learn. The evaluator said LOUIS is likely becoming bored in the shelter and needs to get out and into a good home to truly thrive.At 67 lbs., this friendly boy is ready to give and receive big bear-hug kisses! Come to the shelter and give this boy some love. Walk-ins on Friday and Saturday 11 to 3 or email adopt@yoloshelter.org for an appointment. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
