Tuna

My story

Tuna’s story started with heartbreak but is waiting to turn into something beautiful. This sweet boy was found by a local cat colony feeder—skinny, scared, and clearly not part of the usual group. It didn’t take long to realize he had likely been abandoned by a former owner. That first night inside, he enjoyed a lickable tuna treat (which earned him his name!)—and with time, care, and love, Tuna began to bloom. Now in foster care, Tuna has completely opened up. He’s incredibly affectionate, loves to be pet and talked to, and soaks up all the attention he can get. He’s also a playful guy who enjoys chasing his toys and bunny-kicking them with glee. Tuna is currently in a home with multiple cats and dogs and does well with them. He could be happy in a home with other feline companions, along with Gypsy soaking up all the love. He has also done well with children. With his gentle heart and loving nature, Tuna is ready to be someone’s snuggle buddy, playmate, and loyal companion. He would make an amazing addition to just about any home—and he’s ready to find his forever family.
