My story

Meet Margie!! She came in as a stray on 5/29/25. When the shelter staff came to work that day, they found her tied to the fence. We think she is about 2 years old. Just look at this beautiful girl! She is slow to warm up to people, but who can blame her after being abandoned in such a cruel way. She needs someone to help her learn to trust people again. She has been making progress here at the shelter and we are very proud of her. She is a chunky girl with a stubby little tail that is so cute. We want her future to be so good that she forgets her past. Just go slow with her and give her time to feel comfortable with you. You will adore her like we do.
