My story

Hi, I’m Matcha! My foster family describes me as an “absolute darling” and not to toot my horn, it’s kind of easy to see why… I’m a baby (just under one!) and am still figuring out this big, beautiful world. I love playing games, the more brain stimulation I can get, the better! I enjoy car rides, adventures in my family's wagon, and get this, I LOVE bathtime! I’m a girly girl who wants to be pampered with paw-dicures and a blowout. I love my humans, especially their kids (a toddler and a teen) and get along great with their other dogs. I’m not sure about other animals quite yet, but I’m excited to meet more fellow four-legged friends as I get older! I enjoy going on walks, but I have to be honest with you, I’m still working on my leash skills. I’ll need some help and a little patience when it comes to my jumping, but that’s nothing some time together won’t fix! I’m crate-trained, but if I’m being honest, it’s not my favorite place. I’ll settle in when needed, but I’d much rather be near you. I’m also house-trained, but sometimes I’m so busy playing that I forget to ask to go out - oops! I know you can help me get this figured out – I’m a work in progress, and I promise I’m worth it. I’m a sweet girl who would do well with a family or individual. I’d really fit into almost any home! I’m ready to bring fun, cuddles, and lots of love into my forever home. Can we go grab Matcha lattes and hit the trail together? I’d like that a lot.
