My story

Hi, I’m Clover! I might just be the happiest, sweetest little pup you’ll ever meet. I love kids and other puppies — I’ve got great manners when I play, whether it’s with tiny humans or fellow furballs. I haven’t met a cat yet, so if you’ve got one of those mysterious creatures, slow intros are a good idea.I am deaf, but don’t count me out — I’m already learning commands through sign language like the clever boy I am! My sense of smell is next-level, and I’m super observant. I pick up on so much just by watching. Talk about puppy genius, right? When I first came into rescue, there was a concern I might have some neurological issues, but guess what? I’ve been growing stronger and more coordinated every day — it looks like I’m overcoming that challenge like the brave little trooper I am. My dream home would have a fenced yard for zoomies, a doggie friend to romp around with, and a family who enjoys going on walks and little adventures. I’m still a pup, so I do best with both physical activity and mental enrichment — puzzle games, training sessions, sniffy walks, you name it! I’m learning about toys (we’re getting there), but so far, I’m all about a good chew bone. And while I’m crate trained, I might chat a bit when I go in—what can I say? I’ve got opinions! But I settle down quickly and rest easy. Now, full honesty: without structure, I could totally turn into a stage 5 clinger (hey, I’m affectionate!). So please help me learn healthy boundaries — I’ve heard that’s what cool, well-adjusted dogs do. I’ve come such a long way from being on the EU list, and now all I want is a loving forever home to complete my story. Brave, smart, goofy, and full of love — that’s me, Clover.
