Belle

My story

This is Belle, a sweet 6 year old pit mix. While she was picked up as a stray, a former owner from a year ago was able to provide some info. At that time, she was fully house trained, lived with other dogs and children young and older. She knew Sit, Come and Shake. She even knew how to use the dog talk buttons! How much of this she has retained in the last year is unknown, but it shows how smart and trainable she has been before!Belle is selective in dog play groups. Like all our adult dogs, Belle will need to meet future canine companions before going home. Our shelter staff will lead their introductions in a safe environment to see if they are compatible. At the main campus, you can bring your dog along when you come for adoptions if you like. Belle is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for a loving forever home!
