My story

Bessie is a 3–5 year old pocket pittie who packs 40 pounds of pure love and resilience into her compact frame. This beautiful girl was found wet, frightened, and hiding behind a garage—her eyes scanning for the puppies she had recently given birth to. It was clear she’d been through more than her share of hard times. But despite it all, Bessie’s heart is still wide open. The moment she knows she’s safe, she melts like butter in your arms. She’s gentle, affectionate, and would be perfectly content to spend her days curled up next to you, soaking in every ounce of love you offer. Her soulful eyes say it all—she just wants to be close to someone who’ll love her back. Whether you’re working from home or binge-watching your favorite show, Bessie is the perfect snuggle buddy. She’s ready to trade her past for a peaceful future, filled with belly rubs, soft blankets, and all the cuddles she can handle. Ready to give this sweet girl the loving forever home she deserves? *Reminder* We are currently facilitating adoptions through appointment only.
