My story

I am a lively and laid back kittenTo start our adoption process, House of Mews Rescue asks that you please complete our online no-obligation adoption application, which is located on our website under the adopt tab at http://www.houseofmewsrescue.org/adopt.html  Should our adoption coordinator feel your application is a good fit, a HOM volunteer will reach out to discuss it with you.  Current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for both FIV ('Feline Immunodeficiency Virus') and FeLV (Feline Leukemia). I’m a domestic short hair tabby that was born on February 25, 2025. I am a lively and laid back kitten, always eager to pounce on a stray toy or cuddle up next to you on the couch. I have distinctive white markings on all four of my paws, and a white stripe of fur that leads up to my chin. So far, my favorite toys are plastic springs, crinkly balls, and packing paper that comes in my foster dad’s shipping boxes. I have warmed up to people quickly and am currently in a foster home with my sibling and an adult cat, and I think I’ll do great in a home with other cats and possibly dogs.  Approx. birth date: 2/25/2025 Foster:  MMJune 10, 2025, 12:42 pm
