Sapphire

My story

A28420 Sapphire is a black and white colored, approximately 4-year-old, 57-pound, spayed female, Husky. She entered the shelter as a stray on 06-06-2025 due to the fact he cannot afford to properly care for a pet. Sapphire is a friendly, eager and excited girl here at the shelter. Our staff describes her as a great girl, with high energy who loves people. She will meet you at the door of her kennel and will talk to you if you ignore her. She was easy to leash and excited to come out for a walk. She does pull hard on the leash in her excitement to smell and see everything. She greeted every person she met with a friendly playful energy. She will need some training as she did not respond to any commands. She shows a friendly interest in other dogs here at the shelter. The previous owner says she is not house broken, and she has lived with other dogs, but not cats or children. He also says she has been to the dog park. Sapphire will be a fun-loving family member in her new forever home.
