My story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue ELEGANT AND ENGAGING Meow! My name is Gabbana, born approximately August 2, 2024. I am an affectionate and gentle companion, with a warm spirit that quietly endears me to those around me. Naturally curious, I approach new people with a measured shyness, preferring to engage at my own pace with quiet grace. Once comfortable, my calm and even-tempered nature reveals a devoted friend who delights in gentle affection and tranquil companionship. Inquisitive by nature, I enjoy exploring my surroundings and find joy in discovering new spaces. Playtime is an important part of my routine—whether chasing toys or entertaining with my charming and playful antics. Though petite in stature, I possess a vibrant personality. I currently share my living space with my dear friend Dolce. While not required, we would make a wonderful pair for the right home—two affectionate souls ready to share love and joy. I coexist well with other cats and would thrive in a home with older children who understand and respect my gentle disposition. Although my direct experience with dogs is limited, I have lived around them and would likely do best in a calm environment with canine companions that provide me ample personal space. I am presently at Kitty Corner, patiently awaiting a forever home where I can offer my affectionate nature and playful spirit. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
