My story

Precious, Brave, Hopeful When Carrot joined her foster home, she was only three weeks pregnant. After raising SEVEN kittens (her six and an orphan she accepted into her litter) she’s ready for a forever home where she can kick back and relax! Coming in from the streets, Carrot was wary and jumpy with loud noises. She has made a lot of progress during her three months in foster, and has started to sit near the window to watch the world outside. And she has no desire to go back out there! She never tries to bolt at the door. She knows she’s safe in a home. Carrot likes getting pets and ear scratches, but only while she stands or loafs on her own four paws. She is still coming along and learning to trust, but we would not be at all surprised if she becomes a dedicated lap cat once she is in her forever home. Contact us to meet Carrot!
