My story

* Sweet senior boy that would love to find his new home ASAP* Has been very stressed and overwhelmed in the shelter setting* Seems to relax when outside away from the noisy shelter* Friendly and happy to greet new people* Excellent manners and takes his treats gently* Knows some commands (sit, down, speak)* Is a big fan of squeaky toys, loves to chase after them* Has been around dogs, cats, and children of all ages at his previous home* Lived primarily outside, so would need some patience getting him acclimated to a home setting* Will need monitored in a yard, can jump smaller fences* Has been very tense and uneasy meeting dogs at the shelter* May be selective with dog friends or need a very slow introduction if he were to have siblings* Curious meeting cats* Heartworm positive and will require treatment in his new homeZeekerianLabrador Retriever mixMaleDOB: 6/11/2017Weight: 58.5 lbs.Heartworm Positive (will require treatment)Zeekerian`s adoption fee is $30 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, heartworm testing, and a free wellness exam.
