My story

Meet Bruno — The giant with a heart of goldThis sweet, medium-energy boy is calm, affectionate, and deeply loyal. He was devastated when his previous owner surrendered him, and shelter life has been hard on his sensitive soul. But even in this overwhelming environment, Bruno`s loving nature continues to shine.He adores attention from volunteers, leans in for pets, and takes treats with the softest, most polite nibble. Bruno bonds quickly and wholeheartedly with his people — once he trusts you, he’s all in. He had an overnight with a foster and they reported he was their shadow. They said he is like an overgrown puppy, super smart and ready to learn new things. His favorite things in the foster home were circular zoomies in the back yard (Lookout incoming 120lb bowling ball!) and tug- which he will win, we promise you. Bruno needs the typical type of training you would provide a puppy and lots of treats! He will do anything for treats! Facial expressions are not his forte. He has what we like to call RBDF (resting big dog face), so he can be hard to read, so come in to see this guy in person and see what a great (big) dog he is!
