My story

Hi, I’m Strawberry! I’m a 3-year-old mixed breed with a heart just as sweet as my name. I may have had a tough past, but I haven’t let that stop me from being the affectionate, loyal girl I was born to be. I’m energetic, smart, and always ready to share love—whether it’s cuddling in your lap, giving you hugs and kisses, or wagging my tail the moment you walk in the room. I walk beautifully on a leash and get along great with other dogs, making me the perfect companion for both playtime and snuggle time.If you’re looking for a best friend who’s loving, resilient, and ready to bring joy into your life, I’d love to be your forever Strawberry. Currently, I am available for adoption. If you`re interested in adopting me, please fill out an application online or call the Humane Society of Forsyth County at 770-887-6480. Adoption hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11-5 or Friday and Saturday 1-5.
