My story

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally.Meet Lucas! Lucas is approximately 8 months old, 25 lbs currently and he is a Mutt! Lucas was found as a stray. In his foster home, he is working on his house-training, crate training, and leash walking. He could go to a home with kids 5+ and other dogs. He has not been exposed to cats.No apartments, please!His foster says, `Lucas is a very gentle lovebug. He is a gentleman at heart, he respects your space, and he doesn`t jump up on you. He absolutely loves body massages; he will melt in your arms. He would be a family asset for a loving family. He is low energy laid back kinda guy. He has so much love to give and to show his adopter he is worthy of their love in return. Lucas has come a long way from when I first got him. From scared pup that wouldn`t let me touch him, to a boy that loves rub downs and massages. That skittish pup has blossomed into a flourished loving dog. He has come a long way on leash walking.`He is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on 6/27.
