My story

An approved adoption application is required to meet me in my foster home -- fill out an application today! Our mailing address is Reston, VA and our cats fostered in NoVA and DC homes.  Washington, D.C.- Suburban Virginia/Maryland Area inquiries only, please! With her soft black-and-white coat and gorgeous green eyes, Lyra is as elegant as she is sweet. She shows you her affection through big purrs and head butts. Lyra really enjoys scratches at the base of her tail, and cozy naps in sunbeams. But she also has a playful side! She loves running through the house and playing with wand toys.   If you have an empty box for her, you get bonus points!! Lyra will be a welcome addition to your home and become your new best friend! She is not super active, so is a great kitty to have around and chill where her humans are hanging. She would do wonderfully as an only cat, in a home with other laid back cats, or maybe a calm cat-friendly dog in the home.
