My story

Meet Penni! The tiniest little redhead with a heart of gold. At just 34 lbs and estimated 5 years old, her pics can't quite capture just how small and sweet she is! Penni recently joined the HCCC family and is now safe and thriving in a wonderful foster home. Even with all she's been through, she’s nothing but gentle, loving, and endlessly kind. This little lady adores her walks, is friendly with other dogs, and barely makes a sound—she’s truly one of the quietest pups we’ve had. Penni is still adjusting to her new world but is already showing us her clever side… like the time she figured out how to sneak under the wooden deck (future forever family: you might want to consider a secure fence). She’s going to make someone an incredible companion. Thoughtful, mellow, and affectionate, Penni is the kind of dog who fits perfectly into a calm household that appreciates soft noses, quiet evenings, and the deep loyalty only a rescued dog can give. **Penni is located in Tulsa, OK.
