Meet Wilder! Breed: Foxhound Age: 2 years Weight: 50 lbs Wilder is a fun-loving, active boy who’s always ready for his next adventure! At 2 years old, this handsome foxhound is the perfect blend of youthful energy and grown-up charm. He loves to run, play, and explore—and would make a fantastic companion for an active family or someone who enjoys the outdoors. Wilder gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a canine sibling (or two!). Whether he's romping in the yard or enjoying a brisk walk, Wilder’s happy spirit is contagious. If you're looking for a loyal, playful pup to join your adventures and bring joy to your days, Wilder might just be your perfect match!   If you are interested in adopting Wilder, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.   **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **June 15, 2025, 8:54 am
