My story

Aquamarine has supermodel-level good looks, but she's no diva: just a chill, casual senior gal on the hunt for a loving home! Her beautiful eyes may draw you in, but it's her sweet and affectionate nature that have charmed so many of our staff and volunteers. Sometimes she starts purring just because she's so happy to see you walking by. This gentle girl is mellow and easy-going and appreciates the simple joys in life, like lounging in the sunshine, tasty morsels of wet food, and sharing an evening in the company of a cherished person. Aquamarine spent some time with a foster family and was great with their cats and dog! She prefers pet companions who are as chill and relaxed as she is, rather than ones who will expect her to join in boisterous play. She has some minor medical conditions (arthritis and hyperthyroidism) that are well-managed with her current care plan--visit her in the Adoption Center and chat with our counselors to find out more.
