My story

Mistakes were made.We’re a dog shelter. People brought us potatoes.Two of them. Round. Low to the ground. Perfectly golden on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. 14/10, fully baked with love.One potato.Twiggy is six years old and has the heart and heft of a double-stuffed Russet. He’s loyal, sweet, and smart -- the kind of dog who wants to be where you are, ideally strolling slowly through the neighborhood or settling into a quiet evening routine. Twiggy prefers calm energy and is uneasy around other dogs, but he does well with gentle, respectful children over five. He’s housetrained and polite, never loud or destructive. His previous humans absolutely adored him, but financial hardship led him to Animal Aid.Interested? Come for a visit any day of the week - 365 days a year between 9am - 12pm.
