My story

Looking for a loyal, high-energy companion who’s always up for fun? Meet Sargeant - Sarge for short - a handsome German Shepherd/Akita mix with brains, brawn, and a heart full of love. Sarge is playful, smart, and eager to please. He’s full of youthful energy and loves staying active, whether it’s exploring the yard, learning new cues, or just bouncing around with excitement. He’s still figuring out what toys are all about, but soft stuffies are currently his favorite—especially if he gets to carry them around proudly! He’s doing very well with house training, is crate trained, and is working hard on leash manners. Just be warned: beds inside his crate don’t stand a chance when he’s feeling extra playful—he likes to redecorate in fluff. Sarge is neutered, up to date on his rabies vaccine, and currently weighs about 75 pounds—with a bit more growing to do.
