My story

Meet Parker!   This 3-year-old poodle mix is the perfect blend of sweet, goofy, and ready-for-fun. He’s about 50lbs (with a little room to fill out) and has been settling into home life like a champ.   Parker is fully potty trained and doing great with his crate — he’ll go in willingly, especially for a treat, and quietly relax once inside. He’s still working on leash skills, but he’s eager to learn and loves being part of the action. This week, he learned how to sit like a pro, and we’re working on shake next!   One of his absolute favorite things? Playing with the resident dog! Parker lights up when he has a buddy to wrestle and romp with, and we’d love to see him go to a home with a playful canine sibling but not required.   He does great with kids (a little bouncy, but gentle), and while we haven’t tested him with cats, he’s an all-around friendly, happy boy. A fenced yard would be a nice bonus, but mostly, he just wants someone to keep the good times coming.   He is neutered, dewormed, microchipped, current with all vaccines (as appropriate for his age) and on flea and heartworm prevention.
