My story

Arya was adopted from ARPO as a kitten in 2020. Due to her mom developing severe allergies, she sadly had to be returned to ARPO. She has been an only cat her whole life but was loved dearly by her humans. She has been around other cats and a dog and does well. She has also been around young children and does well with them. Arya is a "very chill cat" and loves attention, belly rubs, and food. She could benefit from losing a little weight and having some cat play activities incorporated into her routine. Arya would do well in a home as an only cat, however it would be ok if there was another cat or dog in the home. She would be perfect for someone looking for a lap cat. Arya is FIV negative, up to date on all vaccines, spayed and microchipped. ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis. We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes.
