She is estimated to be around 3 years old. One thing to be advised of is the fact she is unusually small. She is very friendly. She has been spayed and tested negative for FIV. She has received her first round of shots. The only vices she has and I am working to correct these issues are the fact she likes to issue love bites and she is not consistent with having bowel movements in her litter box.
